Advanced Event Systems
If new to Advanced Event Systems for Tournament Entry, the following directions will help guide you through the process.

1. Go to Advanced Event Systems to create your club, click Create New Account.
1. **In an effort to increase data integrity we ask that you create your club again for past users.  
2. Next, fill out Create Club Director Account form.  Keep your username and password in an accessible spot for future use.
1. You will be asked to enter a CLUB CODE this will be your 5 letters.   
3. Click on Add New Teams, enter info, and Submit information.
1. Instructions to Add Players and Staff to your Team Roster –
2. Add Players and Staff into the system by clicking the appropriate button on top – enter or import data.  Disregards USA Volleyball #. 
3. Click Team Name, and then "Update Team Roster’ choose from the pull down list to select staff scroll down and add players to your team – Hit Update.
4. To Register: Click "Enter Events." Hit the "Tournament Name that you are registering for.
5. Select the division from the pull down list that you wish to enter your team and click on "Register Teams."
6. MJVBA will send out broadcast emails to inform you of other information or changes as they come available.
